Lydia is an artist, a storyteller, and a dedicated health educator. Her profound appreciation for the beauty and intricacies of the world was ignited at a tender age. It was in those early years that she first found her voice through song , strummed melodies on her guitar and immersed herself in various forms of artistic expression. 

Raised in a family of musicians and medical practitioners, she has ventured down both of these captivating paths. 

Through her work, she aspires to capture the very essence of life and harness the healing potential of art to share with the world.

Lydia’s path as an artist has been a transformative odyssey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and an awakening to the therapeutic potency of art. As she continues her evolution as an artist, she explores an array of creative mediums, ranging from the resonance of song to the strokes of a paintbrush, the lens of a camera to the grace of dance, and more. 

On this journey she has been privileged to contribute her expertise to organisations such as the Red Cross and Médecins du Monde, as a nurse specializing in health promotion. 

Today, she continues to educate and provide products and services that harness the healing power of the arts.
